Emergencies
If you do experience a life-threatening emergency, PLEASE DIAL 9-1-1 IMMEDIATELY. If you have an urgent problem, please call our office for instructions. After hours, our answering service will inform you of how to reach a physician on call.
Radiology Test Results
We accept electronic copies of radiology tests on CD or DVD, but we ask that patients also provide them on film.
Prescriptions
All prescriptions and refill requests should be requested during normal office hours. Please have your pharmacy call the office at (713) 794-0200 for renewal of medication.
Medical Records
Information regarding medical records can be obtained by calling our main office number. Medical records are kept confidential. We will not release any of your medical information without first obtaining a signed authorization from you.
